Introduction to client regarding sending missing documents.
Review all contracts, addenda, and amendments for dates and signatures.
Review compliance checklists to ensure all documentation is received.
Send missing brokerage disclosures for signatures or additional information.
Confirm with compliance manager receipt and approval of all paperwork.
Provide drafted CDA to agent for final approval.
Submit approved CDA request to compliance manager.
Send CDA to title and confirm receipt.
Obtain closing documents from title and upload to compliance.
Complete final audit of compliance system and close out file.
We review your documents to ensure all boxes are checked and signatures are received. Once everything is ready, we will submit your file to your brokerages’ compliance department for CDA approval and disbursement.
Note that compliance requests within 24 hours of closing may be subject to rush fees.
All new requests submitted by 3 PM (MST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
