Melissa is the owner of Hive Transactions, founded in 2020 during one of the busiest real estate markets in recent history. From the start, she set out to build a business that could succeed from anywhere with the kind of flexibility most careers do not offer.
For Melissa, the priority is scaling Hive Transactions with intention by building stronger systems, elevating operations, and raising the standard of what agents should expect from a TC. By utilizing current technology and smart leverage, Hive is becoming the new standard for Transaction Coordination. She has always loved the entrepreneurial side of creating something that brings real value and long-term stability to the agents Hive supports.
The foundation of her work is personal, agent-centered support on every file. No matter where an agent is located, they receive the same clarity, communication, and follow-through that Hive was built on.
Hive exists to be a long-term partner for agents, reliable, consistent, and built with heart. From the Florida coast, Melissa is focused on growing Hive’s reach, refining internal systems, and supporting incredible agents in Colorado, Florida, and beyond.
Heather is the Lead Coordinator for Hive Transactions and an integral part of the team. She was born and raised in San Jose, CA, and spent years living around the world as a military spouse. Her husband, a now-retired Army Ranger, and their three kids built a life defined by resilience and adaptability, qualities she brings directly into her work at Hive.
Heather has spent the past five years as a transaction coordinator and has supported more than 500 closings while working with agents across multiple states. Her military-family background gives her a clear understanding of relocation, structure, and communication, and she applies that same level of organization to every Colorado and Florida file she manages.
Heather plays a key role in the experience our agents receive and in the consistency Hive is known for. She shows up with reliability, care, and a level of organization that strengthens every transaction.
